Historically Low Employee Engagement

U.S. Employee Engagement Below 30% for First Time in 15 Years

Company leadership (and I use that term very loosely) forgot how to communicate with humans (their employees). This has been going on for a while, so do not blame AI.

In the USA, Company Culture is generally toxic. Leadership is weak/ non-existent. Workers are burned out and treated as disposable expenses.

Why the hell would they be “engaged”? There is zero motivation to be “engaged”. Many do not even know their companies truly expect of them!

If you are experiencing low employee engagement, grab a mirror and do better! Actively seek out the people problems (surveys), then fix them!
