DiSC® and Agile EQ assessment and learning tools allow you and your team members to understand each other and improve communication to get things done. Based on the DiSC® model, these assessments are a personal learning experience that measures a person’s preferences and tendencies. This model describes four basic styles: DiSC (Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness). The HR Lady also focuses on personality traits (extroverted, introverted, ambiverted) in her training sessions and book.
