This week I’m in Missouri speaking at the AgCareers Agriculture & Food Roundtable, digging into how HR pros can put AI to work and sharpen employee communication—practical tools for people management and career growth.
My favorite part? The mix of employers, associations, and educators in the same room—nowhere else do you get that blend.
Then in October, I’m headed to Iowa to meet with the Electric Cooperatives that keep all 99 counties powered. Member-owned and not-for-profit, these co-ops serve mostly rural communities and maintain more than 62,000 miles of lines—enough to wrap around the equator two and a half times—bringing safe, reliable, affordable, and increasingly sustainable energy to 650,000 Iowans.
I’ll be working (humor included) with teams from companies of about 10–100 employees on “5 Ways Employees Drive Us Crazy—and What To Do About It.”
