Employee Retention and Engagement Expected to Continue to Decrease in 2024

Engagement and Retention Decrease 2024

According to the Conference Board, 22% of CHROs expect employee retention to decrease over the next six months, and 31% expect engagement levels to decrease in that same period. Based on my experience as The HR Lady®, I expect the same.

Improving employee experience and organizational culture is CHRO’s top focus for 2024 and should be yours, too. How do you do this? It is not easy but it is possible. Improve your recruiting processes and train your managers are two options to consider, as well as an employee engagement survey.

Contact me, Wendy Sellers, today to assist in reducing employee turnover in 2024 (even though some turnover is a good thing) and help your management team focus on improving engagement, positively change company culture, productivity and the bottom line!

How? Management Training, Employee Training, and HR Training, as well as making changes to your HR/ management practices and policies changes.
