While the topic might sound dry, the session was anything but—I kept it enlightening, interactive, and above all, realistic so attendees walked away confident they could handle challenges without me (or my HR shoes) in the room.
Through connecting their mission, vision, values, and code of conduct to daily decisions, exploring personal accountability, engaging in an Ethical Decision Lab with real leadership dilemmas, and creating personal commitments, participants left with tools they can put into practice immediately.
