After earning my undergrad and master’s in healthcare administration in Northeastern PA, I moved to Florida —unsure of what exactly that would be. A recruiter offered me an HR role at a small architectural engineering firm. That small firm expanded globally, and I grew right along with it—thanks to great leadership and countless learning opportunities.
Though my degrees didn’t teach me how to handle people, they equipped me for compliance and critical thinking. I later earned a master’s in human resources and several HR certifications (some more useful than others).
Nearly 30 years later, I’ve trained supervisors, led HR departments, and advised organizations of all sizes—from startups to global enterprises—across industries like healthcare (small and large medical companies), technology, manufacturing, agriculture, general contractors, construction, higher ed, on-demand education, and more.
I believe people are a company’s greatest asset. That’s why I focus on both the compliance and the human side of HR—empowering managers to lead confidently from hiring to termination.
Diversity Statement: The HR Lady will not work with any company that intentionally discriminates or does not pay employees at market rate. Additionally, if your management team is predominantly white, and able-bodied, males – I can help you change that through training programs and committee initiatives. Otherwise, we will not be able to work together. Ready for change? Let’s connect!
